Every weekday, the energy and bustle of food prep and packing are palpable. In a busy Bonita Springs kitchen under the direction of dynamic father-son duo Tony and Vincent Mansolillo; Kimberly Pike, Tony Mansolillo’s niece; and their dedicated volunteers, the non-profit Feed Thy Neighbor is in action.
