Last month, I attended the grand opening of the Naples Children & Education Foundation (NCEF) Early Childhood Development Center. The occasion was marked by a sense of shared purpose and dedication to the children of Collier County. This facility is a joint effort between NCEF and Florida Gulf Coast University’s College of Education, and it celebrates how our partnership is investing in the future of our community. Together, we are addressing and responding to a fundamental need in our community.
