Gang violence and kidnappings have erupted in the capital of Haiti, with gangs now controlling more than 80% of Port-au-Prince, but the Naples-based charity Hope for Haiti is still on the ground in Les Cayes, the third largest city in Haiti— located 120 miles southwest of Port-au-Prince.
