STUDY: Collier County is lowest in state for car-crash fatalities

For crashes involving injuries, Collier ranked No. 24 in Florida, with 13,858 injuries out of 34,124 crashes, while Lee County ranked No. 16, with 31,743 injuries out of 82,195 crashes.

A new study shows that Collier County had the fewest fatal car crashes out of the state’s 67 counties over a roughly five-year period ending this January.
