Make time for yourself; self-care is a need not a want
“Begin with something manageable and gradually build up to more.
Hear the term self-care, and you might picture someone wrapped up in a bathrobe wearing a face mask and drinking a cup of tea. Or maybe they’re relaxing in a candlelit bubble bath with a glass of wine.
