Environmental groups urge denial of state permit of Bellmar Village
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) held a public meeting Dec. 7 at the Collier Public Library Naples Regional Branch to solicit comments as it considers granting a permit that would allow the Bellmar Village development to go forward east of Golden Gate Estates.
