Phase 2 to begin at Big Corkscrew Island Park

Collier County commissioners voted Nov. 14 to award a more than $9 million construction contract to Naples-based Quality Enterprises USA to build an access road for the second phase of Big Corkscrew Island Regional Park. Construction of the access road is expected to begin in December and be completed by next September.
