Chef Daniela wants to share joys of gardening and healthy eating
These days, Daniela Craciun has the luxury of nurturing her garden, part of which contains native plants to give back to the butterflies, bees and other insects—because without them, she said, we can’t have fruits and vegetables and our planet will not survive.
With “Eat healthy—live happy” as the tagline for her life, Chef Daniela Craciun lives with the peace and contentment that come from sharing and teaching others about respect for the land and its bounty and how it can help live a healthy life. Today, the mother of four is a private chef, caterer and nutritional health consultant who teaches cooking and offers classes in nutrition.
