A smashing success: The Only Doubles story
A bright orange canopy and whiffs of ground Wagyu meat sizzling on a 500-degree flattop grill signal Only Doubles is in full swing, and founder Kyle Cravo is putting his weight into smashing scoops of ground beef down into thin and crispy layers of his trademark ODB burger. Cravo’s burger pop-up, aptly named “Only Doubles” for the two burger patties you can find between the halves of a potato roll, started just over a year ago. But in that time, Cravo has attracted the attention of burger lovers all across Southwest Florida.
