Temperatures start to rise, traffic begins to ease and our seasonal neighbors make their migration back to their Northern abodes. It’s the off-season in Naples, and those of us who share a passion for eating and drinking at our local establishments no longer have to rub elbows and navigate through crowds to find our favorite seats in town.
