The Collier County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved the Collier County Health Freedom Bill of Rights on April 11. The ordinance, sponsored by Commissioner Chris Hall, is intended to give locals protection in the future from being mandated to wear a mask or receive a vaccine, and from being prohibited to visit businesses based on their vaccination status.
