Ella Lyman, 13, was walking her dog at Baker Park and trying to text her grandmother at the same time. It wasn’t an easy task. So the young entrepreneur got some cotton rope and created a leash that can wrap around a person’s waist or across the body for hands-free dog walking. Then she set out to sell her creation.
