People enjoy the beach at Lowdermilk Park in Naples on Friday, Feb. 3, the first day the park opened since it was damaged by Hurricane Ian. There is still damage from the storm. The city of Naples says the showers, main restrooms, concessions and some play areas are not open. There are portable restrooms available for use. The city asks visitors to use caution in the water and when digging in the sand because there’s still debris in the water and below the top layer of sand. Photos by Darron R. Silva
